Actually, I stayed with my spouse at Novotel YIA Kulon Progo on the way back to Malaysia after my business trip to Salatiga. Everything is amazing about this hotel. Their kind hospitality, tasty food and beverage, soothing and fresh ambience, attractive facilities especially the free shuttle. They treat us like a VIP guest. Even when I accidentally left one of my belongings, Yanuarika the hotel staff has contacted me to send me the item when I was in the airport already. Very dedicated staff. Thank you for everything. I really recommend this hotel for peace of mind stay. A+ for everything.

We arrived in this hotel because we were left stranded by a flight company; they even spontaneously and we were looking for a place to spend the night in the vicinity of Yogyakarta airport. If you find yourself in this need, then this midrange Novotel is the best you can wish yourself. The structure is new, the rooms ample, well furnished, comfortable and silent, breakfast is excellent and there is a good restaurant on the last floor with nice vistas from the terraces, a spa and a nice swimming pool (a bit shallow, but perfect to refresh yourself). Finally, the personell is extremely kind and makes you feel at home.

Very helpful staff, especially Mr.Reza. He helped me with the booking of the Airport Train that goes directly to Yogja City Centre. Novotel also provides free airport shuttles to the airport as it’s not walking distance to the airport. The breakfast is delicious. Most importantly, the staff of Novotel holds very high service standards 👍🏼👍🏼

We stayed for two nights at the hotel, viz., 4th October and 5th October. We were out , sightseeing for most part of the day and could spend only the nights at the hotel. We specifically liked the following: 1. Cleanliness and Spaciousness of the room and the hotel in general. 2. Breakfast had a wide spread and we as Indian vegetarians , had ample choice. 3 There is a free shuttle bus between Airport and Hotel, which is very conveninet.

Me and my husband slept very well every night. The breakfast selection was brilliant every day and the staff were able to help with all questions / requests. The room cleaners were also very polite and did a good job.

I had a fantastic experience at this airport hotel. The room was lovely with a great view, and the large swimming pool was a highlight. They offer a free shuttle service to and from Yogyakarta International Airport, which was very convenient. The staff were friendly, and there's even a mini-market within the hotel premises. They also offer a breakfast buffet, and the food at their restaurant is amazing.

the room is spacey and clean. the bed is comfortable,, the swimming pool is awesome. the overall lay out of the hotel is nice

A great breakfast selection, a cute kids playroom, lovely pools and convenient little coffee shop next door. Airport shuttle and clean comfortable rooms. A big plus is their effort towards being more eco efficient.
